Failing Successfully in Alteryx Gallery - Error -1

I have seen this before in the past and Alteryx Gallery seems to either fixed itself or we just ignore the error. Neither is really a best practice approach. 

"Error -1 There was an unknown error executing the application. The engine reported status error."

For this specific workflow, Alteryx takes the data from our database, makes a few updates and sends it back to the database with a txt file saved of the updates. 

Attached is the error message that we receive but the workflow runs as expected. Both the database is updated and the txt file is saved as expected. 

Any ideas? How do I start to troubleshoot an unknown error that doesn't seem to cause issues in the outputs?
