Extracting Information from server

Hi All,

We have 500+ workflows scheduled in gallery.

We need to identify the source/database connection details , tables/views they are using.

Is there a way to extract this information in bulk ?

Hello @shwetasalelkar 

You need to do the steps:

1 - download workflows that you wanna read

2 - read all workflows as CSV and get the information in XML

After this, you can search for information connections and others.

To find this in bulk, You can use Alteryx Connect product setup with Alteryx server: which is only possible if you have licensed connect product. You can contact alteryx support for more details.

Apart from that you can see history of all job ran from server to identify all data sources:

- In Server designer - options - View Schedules

- From Alteryx server service logs as well
