Error on saving workflow to gallery with encryption enabled

Hi Community Users,

 

I am facing some issues in saving workflow on server with encryption enabled.

 

Along with 'Restrict use to specific serial numbers' updated with my serial number (in the format of email id - copied from about menu)

 

Alteryx is giving error:

 

This encrypted workflow can't be used with this serial number.

 

Kindly help with this issue.
