Crew Runner Macro "SupportingExes\AlteryxRunner.exe" returned an error code: -1073741515

Im trying to run an ETL pipeline with the runner macros and the initialising step with a runner is throwing the error below

 "SupportingExes\AlteryxRunner.exe" returned an error code: -1073741515

This is running on an Server environment running version 2020.3.4.20228

I attempted creating a new version of the workflow with a single runner and targeting the underlying workflow with the same error.

Any help would be apprecated

@paul_houghton have you tried to restart the Server? I know this has been done in the past and resolved the issue.

Have just to update. I have managed to solve this with the help of Alteryx support. the error is an internal error from the AlteryxRunner process being caused by a mis located dll file. the fix was to copy all the records to a new location, reinstall it the copy everything back.

If anyone does see this, I'd advise opening a Support ticket and have them help you through this.
