Connect to Server UI MongoDB using Robo 3T

Hi All,

Tried to connect Alteryx Gallery using Robo3T and received error. Screenshot attached.

 

Warning: listdatabases failed

 

How can I fix this? Need help.

Hey @EN6924 ,

A few things to be aware:

  1. Configure the authentication part as the tutorial says
  2. Ensure you are using MongoDB non-admin password
  3. Since you are accessing using localhost, you must be inside the server machine
  4. Service up and running
