Analytical App with Prompts (fetch data from database table) to run on Gallery

Dear Alteryx experts,

Is there a way I can run an Alteryx App that is built with prompt (say I will pick up zip codes or city that i want to run some statistics on....) that needs to be fetched from database through SQL. In Designer it works just fine however I am unable to see that prompt working when I push the App on to Gallery and try running it. Any help on this greatly appreciated.

@ranga98 can you share a screenshot of what happens when you run this on the Gallery and also what your current workflow looks like?
