Alteryx server 2019.2 download Problems

I am trying to download the new version of Alteryx Server 2019.2 since we are using an old version.

I log in at https://alteryx.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

but I don't see the option to download the Alteryx server.

Does anyone know how I can download the latest version?

If you have multiple accounts associated with your login, make sure you have the correct one selected:

If that doesn't solve the problem the good people at fulfillment@alteryx.com will be able to help you out.

Hi Jamie,

I have only the Home button on my dashboard. Licenses, machines and Account & Users options are not available.
