Alteryx Server Tree Interface Tool. Error: The credentials could not be found.

Hi,

 

It looks like I can expose my other interface tools to the server without problem. but now I cannot for this tool:

my tree tool is setup as a custom file/database but to a file that the server can access.

 

 

anyone know the issue?
