Alteryx Gallery Server error when logging in

Hi all,

We are experiencing an annoying issue, especially from an end user perspective.

When logging into Alteryx Gallery we are all faced with the below error message that lasts for 15-30 seconds, where after everything works perfectly again. 

I have not been able to identify the issue and restarts of the service does not help. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for the screenshot. Is it possible to share the Alteryx Gallery and Service log when facing this issue again?

Gallery Log: 

Default Location: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Gallery\Logs

Service Log: 

Default Location: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service
