How do I interpret nested regression output

I've done a nested regression and got the attached results.  I interpret the results to say the reduced model regression was highly significant and adding in more variables via the full model was not helpful.  Pls help me understand the results?

The output from the nested test is saying there is statistical significance between the 2 models; hence dropping the fields would not be the best thing. @HarryC2 hope this helps
