Reorder rows based on condition

Hello,

I would like to know how is it possible to reorders rows from a large dataset based on certain condition.

For example from a Dataset looking like :

Step 1Step 2
BruxellesAnvers
MonsLiege
AnversMons
LiegeGand

To :

Step 1Step 2
BruxellesAnvers
AnversMons
Mons Liege
LiegeGand

Basically, the condition is that there has to be a continuity between the rows. A city in  step 1 has to be the same city as the previous row in Step 2

I'm looking for a way to make it work in a much larger dataset, as this is just an example of what I'm trying to achieve.

Thanks for reading!

This calls for an iterative macro. It coincidentally is a problem that is covered in the advanced certification test. If you take training on iteration you should be able to solve this challenge.
