Publish to Tableau - 400011 Bad Request Error

I can not get the .tds to publish. Without a .tds reference I can publish all day with no problems.

Error: Publish to Tableau Server (3): Tool #252: Tool #4: Tableau Server API Request (Publish file) Error Code 400011: Bad Request -- There was a problem publishing the file '6539:59797cf0fac84b0986d8d74a653df567-1:0'.

Overwrite Note: Tried using Create also

Data Source Name
Test_Data_Source

Data Source Format
Tableau Hyper Data Extract (*.hyper) I tried tde also

Data Source Metainfo(optional)
N:\Alteryx\Test_Data_Source.tds Note: I have also tried UNC Path to .tds \\atd\alteryx\Test_Data_Source.tds

I have change the version and dbname in the .tds xml below: I tried version='20.2' also

I tried class='hyper'

I changed all data types to V_Wstring

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also make sure that you have re-installed your Tableau connector. This is required due to Python upgrade: https://help.alteryx.com/current/designer/upgrade-python

I already seen the post you had suggested and was going to reach out to people internally to see if they "see" anything based on the post.

The python upgrade had already been done, but Tableau was not listed in the big 6 so I will be looking at upgrading

the tool.

As far as contacting support... that already happened on Friday. I was not able to create a ticket and

still waiting on a response.
