update time based on condition

Hi

I want to update the start and end time based on the condition

For type column  - work start time should be whatever it is there but for end we need to take start time from lunch

And then lunch start and end will remain same only

Then for last row start time end time from lunch and end time what ever we have in end.

Little bit confusing that's why adding both input and output files.
