Is there any way I can define the order of execution of containers within the same workflow? if yes, please suggest how? That would be very helpful

Hi @garvit1495,

You can use a "Block Until Done" tool. That way, you can execute your containers one after another !

I attached an example workflow.

No this is not helpful 

As all the containers are starting with some Input files 

so I cannot use Block until done
