Hello,
In attached dataset, I need values where DISCOUNT is higher than BILL. I tried multirow formula but it doesn't work as my original dataset has over 40 date columns.
Thanks in advance!

@noopurjain this may be able to help you out.
I have also went ahead and bundled the tools together in to a standard macro (Macro 10) if you wanted a one tool solution to bolt on to your workflow. :)

@noopurjain
What you mean by highlight? if literally highlight, we need to use the Reporting tools and we may have to put some mark on your data since reporting tool is not support multi-row feature.
If not, I would second the solution from @rzdodson
