postgres driver not working error code 193

I downloaded the Postgres SQL driver FROM the Alteryx website (https://us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/). However, I am getting error 192:  the setup routines for simba postgresSQL ODBC drivers ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 192. Why am I getting this error if I downloaded the driver from the Alteryx website?

The error seems to suggests that there's an issue with the ODBC driver setup on your system.

A few clarifications:

• What exactly did you download? Can you do a screen capture of said download?
• What is your Alteryx version?
• Where did this error appear - upon execution or upon dragging onto Canvas?

If you wish to do some troubleshooting:

• Make sure that the Simba PostgreSQL ODBC driver is correctly installed on your system. If not, reinstall the driver and see if it works.

• Make sure there's no bit mismatch... 64 and 32 are very different.
• If all else fails, write a ticket to Alteryx via Mission Control. They will be better able to support with their on-call Engineers. Please provide them logs and your issue in depth, link them to this post as well for better visibility.

have you confirmed that you can connect in your ODBC 64 config? If you cannot connect there (ie use Test) - troubleshoot that first.
