permutation combination but not mathematical

I have a data with 5 columns and lakhs or records, where in sometimes there is data in 3 columns, sometimes only in one columns and sometimes in 2, etc, based on these 5 column conditions my 6th column has to populated, the values are totally different from the 5 columns.

do you have any specific values to be populated in column 6 [Result]
if there is a lift of value please add.
