need help in creating a formula

Hi All,

Need your help in getting a formula for the attached excel in sheet 1 i have mentioned the input and output and in sheet 2 i have mentioned the requirement 

please check and help me in getting the formula for this

It is pure data manulipating 😁

I made a quick sample for Step 1 and 2 and of course you can do something about the column name.
I tried to be more dynamic so adding or removing columns will not be an issue.

Actually i need this can you please help me with this 

step3 :

Run Total Sum - Plant 1 Run total of (Sum all plants- plant1)
Status 1 IF Run total of (Sum all plants - plant1) > Plant 1 then "High" else "Low" End

where as i need dynamic output 

like 

if i add Plant 4  then it should show status 4 the same way if I add new columns I need to get new status

can you please tell me how i can make this dynamically possible
