Is there a formula i can use to move my account name up to the first line? I would like the same for the rest of the data at the bottom with the similar formatting too.

hey @ChloeW you could use a sample tool and skip the first row and that will start the data from row 2 onwards?

Is it just for one instance or for a group of instances? If the latter, then you’ll need to account for different files, sheets, and rows.

Please provide relevant data to this use case, and kindly provide your criteria in as much detail as possible. If you have a workflow built halfway, kindly export that over as well.

To export a workflow go to: Options > Export Workflow. Kindly do NOT send a "Save As" copy.

hello @caltang

move data cells up.PNG

i hope this picture is clearer.

basically, i have a whole data that has this formatting where my account no. and account name is stacked like this

however, i would like my account name to move upwards where the highlighted cell is. and i was wondering if there is a formula where i can use throughout the whole dataset

what im trying to do here is to have the account number and account name to be in the same row as the beginning balance found in the description column.

thank you!

Here's an example.

Unless you provide the data, I cannot guarantee since I need to see how the data frame looks like for all data points inside.
