looking for date help

How do I get the min date and the max date for each Status change?  So that way Jeff's first status would be Active  Start Date 03/26/2018 and End Date 10/15/2020 for Active.  Then Next would be Start Date 10/16/2020 and End Date 08/04/2021 and so on.  I also attached the example data
