i want to mark every action 2 when action 1(from same ID) is before in time and no other action 2 is between.
attached a table with testdata.
how can i solve the problem?

I'd use a mixture of Transpose and Multirow to get something like this:
Part time Tableau, Part Time Alteryx. Full Time Awesome

@LordNeilLord @AndyBate Both of your solutions are fine although there have a different approche
@BenMossyour solution just "flag" the first action 2 per ID - this is correct for the textfile but not for my real data
