identifying occurrences of string

I am new to Alteryx so hope it is okay to ask this question.  The result I would like to get in the example below, is, for each member, what teams they are a member of.  I believe it have to do text to string and transpose, but am unsure of how to arrive at the result I need.  Thank you.

Hi @rheep,

You are in the right forum to ask these questions.  While there are different ways to do this, I find the Summarize tool works well for concatenating data.
