copying same data for multiple year

Is there any way I can copy the data for multiple years. for example, I want to copy the data and just change years. 

Year	Revenue	Loss	Profit
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50
2018	100	50	50

I can do it using append tool. is there any other way I can do it?

What is your use case? Does this need to be dynamic in anyway?

Hi @rrahu07,

I like your append solution but you can do it like this:

Just change the end condition to the year you prefer haha :-)

You can make a macro of this and let the user fill in the end condition as well.
