app window hidden

When I try to use the magic wand button (run as analytic app) Alteryx desktop freezes.  If I click anywhere on the window, I get a bing noise.  This seems be happening because the app window is open and is the only Alteryx window that can be clicked on.  But that window is somewhere outside my monitor space.  However, when I hover over the Alteryx icon in the task bar, that app window is not there, so I cannot right click and move the app window to a usable place.

When I right click the Chrome icon, I get a window and one of the options is 'move'.

When I hover over the Alteryx icon after hitting the analytic app button, I see the main desktop window, but there is no app window. Also, unlike any other of the open applications, if I right click the hover over image, the hover over image disappears.

a few questions - 1) do you have two monitors? 2) are you in a windows VM (ie are you on  a mac running windows?)  3) can you hit alt-esc to refind it?

Making Your second monitor as your main monitor, It will resolve the issue, i think it's an issue with Alteryx, Should be fixed with future updates. Please mark this comment as resolved if it's works for you.
