The problem is with this App only, I have others app and i am able to open them.  I got this workflow over email, can that be a reason for not opening?

Possibly it could be locked/encrypted.

I read below on Alteryx, I think it is not locked as i am able to run the workflow

Users can run (but not open) locked workflows only on a machine with a serial number specified at the time the workflow was locked.

I tried to replicate the issue by locking the app (please fine the attached). I am able to run it but not open it. When i try to edit it runs the app. This might be the same scenario with you.

Please try to run and check from your end.
