Workflow that inserts weekends and copies data from monday

Hi, I am looking to build a workflow that will insert weekend days into an excel file and then copy the data from monday for each weekend day. The file I have excludes weekends currently, and I want to add them in with the data from monday. Any suggestions? Thanks!
