Workflow based on a condition

Trying to see how to drive the workflow based on some string value. I want the workflow based on it.

For eg., if text == 2009 then set some variable to TRUE

And based on the above condition, the workflow should execute.

Appreciate some help here. Hope this is clear.

You can do this using a message tool and setting the workflow configuration to stop if there is an error. This is an analytic app, so you can change the values you're looking for
