Wait a sec macro or similar solution

I need a solution to slow down a workflow (macro) between iterations.
Currently it outputs data too fast so I'm often getting an error that the output file cannot be accessed or Alteryx is unable to create backup.
I used Throttle tool for some of my workflows, but Throttle doesn't work with AMP engine, so I'm trying to find some alternative.

There is a CREW macro called "wait a sec" which will be probably handy in my situation, but the page from which I could download the package with it is blocked by my organization.

But maybe someone have this macro and can share it, i.e., here?
Or give info how it is built, so I can recreate the logic by myself?

@kwieto here is the file. Let me know if you have any issues with it.

I think the new version is CReW_DelayASecond.yxmc, to work with the AMP engine.
