i have below scenario
Excel One
Unique ID | Date |
123 | 3/31/2024 |
456 | 3/28/2024 |
789 | 25/3/2024 |
Excel two
Unique ID |
123 |
456 |
789
|
i need to do vlook up in excel two with excel one to bring date against Unique ID in new column in excel two
Kindly help

@RaphaelSilva has the best solution as it will provide you with multiple values if they exist. You can also use the find replace tool if Excel two has multiple of each value and you just want to use the first value.

Yes, if you are not looking for pulling multiple instances you can use the "unique" tool on the key field of your lookup table before joining and it will bring only one value as well :)
