Using the cross tab tool to add new columns from a string field.

Hi -

 

I'm  trying to use the cross tab tool to add new columns from a string field. I'm having a hard time as the method of aggregations results on either only the first or last record to show. I need an updated table that has all the records. 

 

My original table is the following (just one person of may on my table as an example (see table 1):

 

I'm trying to use the cross tab tool to create the following able (see table 2)

 

 

Is there any other tool that I can use to get this done?

@slopezd10  When using the crosstab tool you need a field to group the dataset by. This is so that each unique row can then be identified using this identifier field.

 

Please find attached a sample that showcases that.

Thanks. I applied this to a more complex scenario and worked pretty well.
