Using one data source to filter another

Newbie question here: I filtered a data set by manually listing 10 zip codes in a filter tool. In the filtered data, there are 134 records and the ID field is one of 8 values. I now want to filter the original data set to only include the records that correspond to those 8 values. How do I do that?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @npapava11

Join those 8 filtered values onto your original data set and that should give you all records associated with those 8 values.
