Using TXT file in workflow - data in rows not columns

Hi all-

 

I have inherited a workflow that utilizes txt files as inputs. The catch is the txt files are not organized by easy-to-break-up columns, the data is grouped by rows. Any tips on how to get data from rows to columns or create a formula for Alteryx to create new columns based on the data I need?

Can you provide a sample of the input file (structure) data even if dummy data?
