Use a macro to extract values.

Is it possible to use a macro in Alteryx to select cells and extract the values of the selected cells accordingly?

eg. In Macro Select    Row 3   Column 2

Description	A	B	C	D
1	abc	def	g	hij
2	bcd	zcv	qer	iop
3	zccv	cbv	ghjg	ret
4	xcg	htr	tyu	ldj
