We are currently running Alteryx designer + desktop automation version 2020.4 and the 'Use AMP Engine' button disappeared from a specific user.
Does anyone know how to solve this mistery?

Thank you for starting to use the AMP Engine and for the early feedback. We are working hard to address issues that our customers are finding now that AMP is available. We have not seen this issue, could you provide more details about specific steps that resulted in the user experiencing this issue?
We have started looking at this to see how we can help.

Our customer has just upgraded to version 2020.4 from 2019.4 (I think) in his machine and nothing else has been changed according to him.
