Update an Employee Status or Location

Hi all, I wanted to create an app that would allow a user to update either an employee status (if they're active or not) or where they are based. Is this possible, how would we do this? I've been having a blank and I feel like there should be a way to complete this

I've attached a packaged App of just some mock data and the interface I would use.

where are you going to save the data, i can see that the app is just input the dat

I will save it as an excel file for the moment, I'm concentrating more on getting it to work. I only put the two inputs like that to act like a template.
