Update Text Tool from Summary Tool

I have a Text Interface tool that I then take and have to use tools to format correctly and then I need that formatted data to update a text input tool, so that text input tool can then update a Dynamic Input tool.  So how can I update a text input tool from that summary tool ?

One way to combine the output of the summarize tool and the dynamic input tool is to use the append field tool. check if I can answer you
