Hi ,

I am trying to send email via my alteryx workflow. I am using HTML file as my email template. Sometimes it works, but sometimes I get below error. 

Does any know solution to this error?

Hi @kc03 

I have seen this error when there have been some odd characters in the data.

Could this be the case? 

By odd I mean ones that will need HTML encoding (which is where it could be going awry)
