At what point are we able to attempt the Core Certification? I am also interested in understanding what is required to get the Udacity Predictive Analysis nanodegree offer.

As per the ADAPT program guideline, finishing the Fundamentals course, and review all materials in the learning path,

the key is that you need to feel confident that you have all the knowledge to pass, the modules in the learning pass cover the certification materials, also it's recommended when you going through the learning path to review the tool mastery and the interactive learning too, that helped me a lot.

If you pass the certificate exam by 3 attempts maximum and within 3 months after you register to the program you will get the allowance to the Udacity nanodegree, to get the allowance fast try to create udacity account asap with same email you used for the ADAPT program.
