I need help in resolving below mentioned issues -
1. We have a workflows which runs on daily basis (Schedule to run daily). In one of those workflow sometimes we faced issue as input data is not loaded completely even though inputs files are correct.
e.g Suppose input data contain 100 rows then it loads only 50 rows and generate the output.
this issue resolve automatically by manually running the workflow or during 2nd run (backup run schedule) on the gallery.
Is there any specific cause for this issue? or how to get rid of it?
2. Sometimes on server we get the error as
"Unable to open file for write: <\\Path Name> - Attempt to open a file that is already open: <\\Path Name> " even though the file is not open anywhere (Note :output path is share drive path and output is writing in multiple sheets in same report) or also we tried to delete all the files from the output location and then running the workflow still it got failed. However, When we run the workflow on our local machine it runs successfully and also when we have save the output in another location (except the original output path)then it run successfully. However, given error while writing to original path.
Is anyone knows the cause for the issue and how to resolve it ?
