Unable to use PDF Reader function in Alteryx

Dear team,

I need to use Alteryx to read the data from pdf documents but I am getting this error message when I am trying to use the PDF reader function.

I attached a screenshot of this error message. I am using Alteryx Designer x64, version: 2019.3.5.17947

I ran the 2 workflows you provided here and am getting this error when I try to run the PDF Reader tool.  Any other suggestions?

I've also tried using the PDF Input tool and get this error message.  Any other ideas?
