Unable to unzip file

Hi

I was trying to unzip a file using a solution from the community, but i am getting an error (image attached)

Thank you for posting to the Community.
When I try to click on the .zip file I am unable to download it. Can you please provide the URL to the website link where you found this file?
Additionally, can you please provide us with the full text of the error message? It looks like a portion was cut off from the screenshot.
