Unable to open alteryx on VM

Hi Community,

 

I'm unable to Alteryx on my VM server, when I try to open it is giving me a pop saying there was an error loading macro, Root element missing. After closing popup I'm able to Alteryx. Using Alteryx version 2021.3.
