Trying to find a dataset - US Olympic Trials

I have an idea for a Weekly Challenge, and without saying too much, is anyone able to locate a dataset for the competitors for the US Olympic Trials?

I'm trying to find basic info like Name, event competing, location (like if a sponsored pro or college attended).  I'm not looking for placement results in the Trials, or if qualified for the Olympic team. Thank you.

I love germane weekly challenge ideas! Always makes it more fun when it's contemporary.

There are a few data sources, but I don't think any of these are as comprehensive as your hoping for. For example, they don't have info on their background and if they are pros. With different countries, years, and even events having different policies there, it might be hard to find across multiple countries.

Here's a few:
Kaggle: Data on personal features, such as weight, height and gender.

World Athletics:
Detailed data on trial times and ages.

The good stuff is on Olympics.com, where they have profiles of the athletes, but you'd have to web-scrape the data and honestly it's not in a very conducive format for that.

Curious if anyone knows of another, better data source.
