Trouble Transposing Data

How can I transpose my dataset from - 

Type	Location
Beverage	Coke-77777
Pop	1234
Pop	4567
Pop	8910
Beverage	Sprite-88888
Pop	9876
Pop	5432

to this - 

Type	Type2	Location1	Location2
Beverage	Pop	Coke-77777	1234
Beverage	Pop	Coke-77777	4567
Beverage	Pop	Coke-77777	8910
Beverage	Pop	Sprite-88888	9876
Beverage	Pop	Sprite-88888	5432

having trouble doing this.
