Transposing Data

So I have a data file that looks like this:

I need to get it into this format:

FabianAvina_1-1615501404837.png

 

Any suggestions to do this more efficiently?

This may be possible with Multirow and Transpose Tools.
But please upload your data for us, not the pictures.
