Hi 

I have tried to solve this, but my solution seems to cluncky.

So I was hoping someone here had an idea.

Ive got a dataset that needs to be split inro rows, and grouped my a order id.

Ive attached some sample data and how I want it... and I hope someone has a smart idea:
