Transpose / unpivot multiple rows to columns

Hi,

I want to transpose / unpivot my data based on multiple rows. FOr example my data looks like:

		Gross Revenues	Situation	LTM
	Netherland	Netherland	Netherland	UK	UK	UK	Germany	Germany	Germany
	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe	Europe
	2020	2021	2022	2020	2021	2022	2020	2021	2022
Flyer1	352	501	895	611	362	429	904	561	371
Flyer2	459	186	428	621	81	731	412	191	936
Flyer3	588	701	60	335	667	443	883	955	122

I need to delete the first and third row and then unpivot data based on Country and Year. So that my output contains only four columns Flyer#/ Country/ Year/ Value.

My desired output should look like:

Flyer	Country	Year	Value
Flyer1	Netherland	2020
Flyer2	Netherland	2020
Flyer3	Netherland	2020
Flyer1	UK	2020
Flyer2	UK	2020

Any suggestion on how to proceed with the task?
