I wanted to ask if there is a way to change Table 1 into Table 2. I tried using the cross tab tool, but it is aggregating the values instead of displaying the values.

Thank you for providing this solution. I did get it to work. I'm not sure if I could truly explain how or why it works, but I did get it to work. I'm going to go back and review the functions again to get a better understanding.
