If I have one column with several divisions:
and I want to output like divisions into separate new columns:

Thank you Emmanuel_G for your assistance. I should have shared the entire data column with you. If you look at the screen shot of data below, most column entries need to be renamed from the name under Division to the name under Main Division. However, line 17 and 18 need to be combined into the same column renamed to Greater South and lines 20 and 21 need to be combined into same column renamed California. Can you assist?
