Tool to select specific rows manually like a checkbox

Hi,

I have an benchmarking excel (created using Alteryx) which contains some potential cost savings % for specific departments in three types for each department - 25th percentile, median and 75th percentile. I want to select 1 best savings % for each department manually since it is very objective process. I can do that in excel but want to know if that can be done in Alteryx.

Sure, below is a sample table from where i want to select the best savings % manually. Is there a toll which can ask me to select values from here and then move on.

Sorry but can you give more explanation about the selection is it like they select between 25th Percentile, Median & 75th Percentile for all. Or its unique to each of them ?

Sure, so for each department we want to select one value out of the 3 - 25th,M and 76th

Here is a way you can do. Its not a easy way but its a working workflow.

Workflow:

Output:

I am basically showing each row as an option in listbox so that the user can select whichever is needed. The manipulation is to generate the options for each rows dynamically and join them/keep them based on selection.

I am using 2021.1, but i have downgraded the workflow to 2020.1 when i shared it with you.
